Conclusion In this price class currently no rival offers better image quality and more controlsHowever, compromises must be made in terms of wide angle and in the handling, especially the focussing.The effort to get excellent Full HD quality with a small sensor and a small lens packed into a small body proved too hard for other manufacturers too.The options for manual control are hard to use on the GZ-HM200 due to unergonomical menue obstacles.Whats true for all of these minis: if you dont need your cam to be so totally compact you get more picture quality for 100-200 bucks more.
