Conclusion In this price class currently no rival offers better image quality and more controlsHHowever, compromises must be made in terms of wide angle and in the handling, especially the focussing.With little wide angle, small sensors, lean low-light performance and few manual functions, it is hard to see any reason to choose one of the smaller Canon models, given a budget of 500 Euro.The 2010 competition simply has more to offer.
