Conclusion In this price class currently no rival offers better image quality and more controlsHHowever, compromises must be made in terms of wide angle and in the handling, especially the focussing.In our opinion the SD1 is the best AVCHD Cam by Panansonic, and it remains competitive in 2008 thanks to its wide-angle and lowlight characteristics .
